Corrosion doesn’t discriminate, it affects steel of all shapes and sizes. Nuts, bolts, hinges and other small steel parts exposed to the elements will rust over time without adequate protection. We offer spin galvanizing services to combat this destructive force of corrosion on parts that are too small for traditional zinc kettles.

Our state of the art, fully automated spin lines deliver consistent quality and an even zinc coating in accordance to ASTM A153. Spin Galvanizing was developed to protect small steel parts from corrosion. Operators place the parts in a tumbler which is then submerged in molten zinc. The tumbler is centrifuged to remove excess zinc leaving the parts with uniform protection for a long lasting product.
